Maintenance and technical support can be provided at hourly rate, or a project fee that's provided and agreed upon before the work is started. The turnaround time for hourly maintenance work is between 1 to 2 business days and all maintenance requests are to be made by email ONLY. All hourly billed maintenance work will be quoted to be approved and paid in full by the client in advance. No freebies I'm afraid. :) Also, thank you for your interest but I am not interested in trading services.
