Thanks for visiting! My name is Kate Wei, an interactive designer in NYC. Over the last decade I have worked with clients in the fields of fine and performing arts, graphic and interior design, fashion/jewelry design, entertainment and media, Broadway and theatre, music label and recording, advertising, tourism, legal, medical, publishing, non profit, as well as small and retail business. I have enjoyed and been blessed with the luxury and the freedom of design as a way of life, as well as the experience working with people from places I have never been to, for product or services I get excited about. I enjoy working with people who are passionate about what they do, with a sensitivity to design aesthetics which not only communicates to their audience but expresses who they are and what their product or service is about.
A self-taught designer and painter, I have a business degree in Advertising from Baruch College, the City University of New York.
I currently work at the Wall Street Journal Digital Network as an interactive designer.
